REFUND POLICY

We are able to provide full refunds only if all conditions are met as follows:

1. Payment has not been made yet and

2. Your order has not been fulfilled yet. Fulfilled means packed &/or shipped

If your order has been paid already, we are happy to refund you minus a restocking fee of 10% of your original total order amount.

If your order has been shipped already, we are not able to refund or cancel your order.
